Responsibilities Assist with engineering design and development Support engineers in designing, developing, testing, and improving engineering systems, components, and processes. Conduct technical analysis and calculations Perform engineering calculations, simulations, measurements, and analysis to help solve technical problems and support design decisions. Support testing and validation Assist with the testing, inspection, commissioning, and validation of equipment, systems, and engineering solutions to ensure they meet required specifications. Identify and troubleshoot engineering problems Investigate technical faults, analyse root causes, and assist in developing practical solutions to improve reliability and performance. Assist with process improvement and optimisation Evaluate existing engineering and manufacturing processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Prepare technical documentation and reports Create and maintain engineering drawings, technical reports, test results, specifications, procedures, and other project documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams Work alongside chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, mechatronic, computer, instrumentation, and control engineers while gaining practical experience across engineering projects.
