Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Home Surfaces team, where you'll drive end to end delivery of complex initiatives in partnership with our product, design and engineering teams. You will support core product enhancements and growth initiatives within existing experiences while connecting teams across engineering, product, design, and partner organizations to drive effective collaboration and informed decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering and growth initiatives, from planning through execution and release
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define scope, milestones, and realistic delivery plans
  • Own program tracking, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress against commitments
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and handoffs
  • Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to maintain delivery timelines
  • Improve planning accuracy, predictability, and execution over time
  • Communicate clear, concise status updates to project teams, partners, and leadership
  • Reinforce and scale delivery procedures, tools, and processes
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency across program execution

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate individuals
  • Willingness to surface issues early for team to address them before they evolve into risks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or minimum of 7-12 years of program management experience preferably with products

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600

In Washington, the pay range for this position is $146,500 - $212,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
