Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs that span cloud infrastructure products within Compute, Storage, Observability, Traffic, Data Platform, Data Services, and Developer Experience.
• Partner with engineering leads to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria.
• Identify technical and organizational risks early; facilitate alignment and unblock teams through proactive problem-solving.
• Establish program frameworks that bring visibility to cross-team dependencies, progress, and tradeoffs for leadership decision-making.
• Drive operational rigor across the program lifecycle, from requirements gathering through launch readiness and post-launch iteration.

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical program management, with significant experience in infrastructure or platform development
• Deep understanding of and experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workflow systems, or distributed data platforms
• Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service products
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team technical programs from ambiguity to delivery
• Track record of influencing senior engineering leaders and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with product and engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs
• Self-motivated and proactive; demonstrated ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,400 and $372,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
