We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional with 5+ years of experience in developing highly engineered consumer goods, with strong technical knowledge of Soft Goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project build deliverables including project schedules, build matrices, BOMs, and entry/exit criteria
- Coordinate and facilitate project calls with cross-functional teams
- Manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, and lead-time tracking
- Manage vendor quotes, PO processing, and payment follow-up
- Coordinate prototype shipments, tracking, and serial numbering
- Track, manage, and drive closure of open project issues throughout the development phase
- Drive and manage relationships with OEM partners
- Ensure projects remain aligned with development milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Proven experience driving product/project development for highly engineered consumer goods
- Technical experience with Soft Goods is required
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, sourcing, vendors, and manufacturing teams
- Experience with BOMs, material sourcing, supplier management, prototypes, and product development
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
