MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our client, who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
Release & Engineering Operations
Manage end-to-end release readiness processes, including planning, execution tracking,
- risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful
- delivery and release of product capabilities.
- Drive operational processes around testing, validation, bug management, launch
- readiness, and post-release reviews.
- Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams.
- Facilitate decision-making, manage trade-offs, and drive accountability.
- Communicate program status and risks clearly to the cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to
- increase team effectiveness and execution velocity.
- Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, and delivery.
- Drive accountability through clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigo
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical
- Program Management, or related roles.
- Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing processes, and engineering
- operations.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and project tracking tools.
