We're looking for an ambitious Engineering & Programme Manager to lead a talented engineering team and play a pivotal role in transforming a high-performance manufacturing business. You'll be responsible for driving engineering programmes from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, resources are effectively managed and teams remain focused on work that adds real business value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a high-performing Engineering and Quality team
  • Managing multiple engineering and product development projects from customer brief through to production release
  • Creating structured project planning, governance and reporting processes
  • Driving collaboration across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Operations
  • Developing resource plans that maximise efficiency and delivery performance
  • Supporting supplier development and technical engagement with UK and international partners
  • Championing continuous improvement, operational excellence and scalable engineering processes
  • Establishing data-driven KPIs and performance measures to improve predictability and delivery
