Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement web applications with Java
• Lead development efforts and provide mentorship

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• 8+ years as a Java developer
• Strong skillset in Java frameworks, including Spring Boot
• Familiarity with relational databases like MSSQL, Oracle
