We are looking for a Cloud Technical Program Manager with at least eight years of experience. You will serve as the main point of contact for cloud service providers, ensuring operational alignment and effective execution of projects. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be integral in overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of the cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with cloud managed services to ensure SLA compliance
• Manage incident processes and drive operational reviews
• Oversee compliance with PCI-DSS and security protocols
• Ensure timely deployments with R&D and service partners
• Provide executive reports on platform performance
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Technical Program Management
• 5+ years in cloud-focused roles
• Expertise in containerization and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk or Grafana
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or similar
