We are specifically targeting exceptional early-career engineers with Olympiad, competitive programming, or elite academic backgrounds who want to transition into quantitative trading.
This role is ideal for candidates who have demonstrated outstanding problem-solving ability through competitions such as ICPC, IOI, IMO, or national Olympiads, and are looking to apply that skillset in a high-performance, real-world environment.

The Role
As a C++ / Quantitative Developer, you will work directly with traders and quantitative researchers to build and optimise the systems that power live trading powered by AI infrastructure.
This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on translating complex mathematical models into ultra‑efficient production systems. The environment rewards raw problem‑solving ability, speed of execution, and curiosity about markets.
What You’ll Work On
Building high‑performance C++ systems for low‑latency trading
Translating quantitative models into efficient, production‑grade code
Optimising algorithms and infrastructure for speed and scalability
Developing internal tools used directly by traders and researchers
What We’re Looking For
Outstanding problem‑solving ability demonstrated through Olympiads, ICPC, or similar competitions
Strong C++ fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and performance optimisation
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from a top university (or equivalent ability)
Evidence of exceptional academic or extracurricular achievement
Interest in quantitative finance, trading systems, or applied mathematics
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
Strong Signals (Highly Valued)
ICPC regional/finalist, IMO/IOI/CMO medalist, or equivalent
Top‑tier university (e.g. Tsinghua, Peking, Fudan, SJTU, or global equivalents)
Competitive programming ratings (e.g. Codeforces, AtCoder)
Experience with systems programming, optimisation, or performance‑critical code
Projects or internships demonstrating ownership and technical depth
