STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an EUC Developer (End User Computing) on behalf of our client in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing Alteryx solutions and supporting business-critical technology and operational processes.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver technology-driven process improvements, develop EUC solutions, and support operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will bring strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience in financial services, mortgage, or securities-related environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into scalable EUC and Alteryx-based solutions.
Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows and solutions from requirements through delivery.
Gather requirements, coordinate testing, resolve issues, and support project delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and operational processes.
Support business-managed applications, production processes, EUC infrastructure, and UNIX environments.
Work with APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and workflow management platforms.
Support data workflows and business-critical operational infrastructure.
Provide subject matter expertise for securities-related business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Support production stability and continuous operational improvement.
7+ years of overall IT experience preferred.
Strong hands-on experience developing Alteryx solutions independently.
Experience with UNIX environments and production support.
Strong experience with APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Experience supporting business-managed applications and operational workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the mortgage or financial services industry.
Knowledge of securitization processes.
Experience with Securities Issuance and Administration.
Experience supporting Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) environments.
Familiarity with mortgage transaction data and related dependencies.
Experience with process improvement and technology transformation initiatives.
