Our client is an Asian Private Bank currently looking for an Execution Trader.
Job Description:
Execute and oversee client orders across a wide range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, and structured products.
Ensure accurate and timely trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation across all asset classes.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with front office teams (RMs, Investment Advisors, Product Specialists) to support client needs and provide guidance on trading-related matters.
Manage relationships with brokers and counterparties to ensure efficient execution and market access.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar. CFA / MBA / relevant certification preferred.
SFC Type 1 & 4 Licenses required.
- Singapore FMRP and relevant CMFAS certifications, including RES Modules 12B and CM-CMP, would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Banking trading and execution, with familiarity in Bloomberg and automation tools.
Strong product knowledge across multiple asset classes, with a solid understanding of market mechanics, securities, FX, and derivatives.
Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset and proactively contributes beyond core responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Multilingual or cross-jurisdictional experience is a plus; basic Chinese proficiency preferred to support North Asian clients.
