Role Overview
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO—someone who is business-savvy, able to follow and understand strategic discussions, anticipate priorities, and grasp the context behind key decisions. The ideal candidate should be capable of representing the CEO professionally in meetings and interactions with internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills. They should also be able to drive follow-through on action items, coordinate across teams, and help ensure business priorities continue moving forward
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, email, and meeting priorities.
- Prepare briefing materials and ensure the CEO is ready for meetings.
- Draft and respond to emails, correspondence, and documents on the CEO's behalf.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings and business discussions when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years experience as Executive Assistant, Finance Assistant, Legal or similar role (corporate finance/legal exposure is a strong advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
- Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, or data management preferred
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with numbers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in investments, private equity, or corporate finance (nice to have)
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or portfolio tracking
