Executive Assistant

Echelon Insights is a hybrid work environment with all employees required to work on-site 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, travel, and logistics for partners and key team members
- Create meeting preparation materials for partners
- Accurately track emails, meeting requests, client notes, and project statuses
- Contribute to office administration tasks and assisting with planning internal office activities
- Assist partners with research and preparation for media (newsletter, podcast interviews, etc) and public engagements
Requirements:
- Experience in a scheduling or administrative role assisting executive-level individuals
- Ability to take initiative and proactively coordinate the professional lives of the partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Apps
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Task-oriented with superior organizational capability
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work in person out of our office in Alexandria, Virginia 3 days per week. This is a hybrid position with a work-from-home component.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
