The ideal candidate will report to the Program Controls Director and manage cost reporting, risk analysis, and financial integrity within massive engineering projects. You'll effectively oversee budget compliance and implement robust financial practices while ensuring that cost management principles are upheld throughout project duration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive budget reporting and financial analysis
• Conduct thorough assessments of program risks during execution
• Monitor project costs against contractual budgets and deliverables
• Audit labor expenses and submit financial adjustments
• Execute Earned Value Management and analysis of reports
Requirements:
• Recognized degree in cost management or similar field
• At least 10 years’ experience managing costs on large projects
• Familiarity with risk management and financial reporting best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and cost management tools
• Relevant project accreditation is a strong advantage
