Facets Support & Analysis

Analyze, maintain, and support Facets applications and business processes.
Work with business users to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Perform impact analysis for system enhancements, configuration changes, and production issues.
Support Facets modules including Claims, Membership, Provider, Benefits, and Billing.
Investigate and resolve data and system-related issues within Facets.

SQL Development & Data Analysis

Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts.
Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to support business operations.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
Support data migration, testing, and system implementation activities.

Reporting & Documentation

Create and maintain operational and ad-hoc reports using SQL and reporting tools.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements, process flows, and test cases.
Document root cause analyses and resolution steps for production issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with business teams, developers, QA analysts, and project managers to deliver solutions.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions, UAT activities, and production deployments.
Provide subject matter expertise on healthcare payer processes and Facets functionality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Facets in a healthcare payer environment.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and advanced SQL querying.
Experience analyzing healthcare data related to claims, membership, providers, and benefits.
Understanding of healthcare payer workflows and business processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare EDI transactions (837, 834, 835, 270/271).
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Server Reporting Services.
Exposure to ETL processes and data integration tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
