Job Description
This is a 12-week program that starts on September 28, 2026 and lasts until December 18, 2026. MomForce is a unique program designed to help talented, motivated parents return to work after an absence of 3+ years. MomForce Associates receive meaningful, resume-building, project-based work, mentorship from working parents, orientation to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and access to training to refresh skills. Non-clinical positions are available in a variety of areas. Our goal is to give back to those who give so much by equipping MomForce participants with the skills and experience needed to re-enter the workforce on a permanent basis.
Experience
Minimum of 3 consecutive years away from the work force
Minimum of 5 years related professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Seven to eight years of related professional work experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field of study
Certification Summary
No professional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage large projects
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear reporting formats
Strong writing skills
Ability to work onsite 15-20 hours per week
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Job Responsibilities
Completes duties or projects as assigned, which could include events, activities, programs, or research studies.
Creates and carries out a cohesive plan for each assigned project. Establishes and maintains contact with all appropriate individuals to ensure that the plan is implemented in the best interest of the organization.
Executes all administrative and operational tasks for assigned duties.
Supports and participates in the continuous assessment and improvement of the quality of services provided and assignments or projects produced.
