Fasap Manager

As the FASAP Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Fairbanks Alcohol Safety Action Program (FASAP) including program planning and development, personnel management, assist with or perform budgeting and procurement of funds management. The incumbent of this position must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and conflicting deadlines. The incumbent shall demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisor, and consumers (clients). Direct interaction with the courts, clients, and other service organizations.
Select Job Duties:
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of local alcohol/substance misuse and driving laws, can work well with law enforcement agencies, judges, and alcohol/substance misuse treatment facilities, have the ability to work well with others and have demonstrated customer service skill. And strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimally, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in related field and familiarity with judicial system and laws related to alcohol or drug offenses. And one (1) year of program/project management experience in social service setting. A combination of experience, education, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may substitute for degree requirements.
