Key Responsibilities:
• Research and optimize forward error correction methodologies
• Develop coding architectures, including LDPC and staircase codes
• Simulate FEC performance in optical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Develop simulation models for algorithm testing
Requirements:
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in relevant fields
