Field Applications Engineer (FAE) Intern responsibilities include:
1. On-site and remote technical support for customers to resolve issues in POC or after-sales inquiries.
2. Track, maintain and resolve incidents as well as provide the report to the customer
3. Perform device installation and integration into the customer environment
4. Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers
5. Escalation to RND to resolve the product issue
6. Create technical documentation for the project and/or internal knowledge base
7. Engage in both domestic and international projects
Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our team who will guide and support them throughout their tenure.
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates/final year students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Cyber Security, Computer science, information systems or related field.
2. Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Communication skills in italiano (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above), please do evaluate this requirement before you apply, because you may need communicate with local italiano clients.
4. Self-motivated to take responsibilities, have enthusiasm for learning
Any further qualifications and working experience in the IT field are welcome.
