Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Operations and Financial Planning

  • Participates in P&L reporting and variance analysis
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects of moderate scope supporting the development of financial reporting based on the analysis of these projects
  • Support the creation of key management reports with appropriate narratives and explanations
  • Partner with the function to provide in depth knowledge being a Finance Contact
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Accounting and Internal Audit

  • Works on month-end closing activities including income statements, balance sheets, profit- and-loss, and other accounting statements
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries necessary for monthly close; enters journal entries, reconciles accounts and investigates reconciling items
  • Participates in interviews to understand and document the business process in a set of flowcharts
  • Executes testing of internal controls and identifies exceptions
  • Assists the Experienced and/or Senior Internal Auditor(s) in summarizing the audit results

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Pay Range

$54,640.00 - $81,960.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
