Fleet Controller

A well established transport and logistics company based in Nelspruit has a vacancy for a Fleet Controller to start asap. Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be a definite advantage. The Fleet Controller will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring and ensuring that each vehicle reaches its production and diesel targets. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Currently residing in Nelspruit Minimum Grade 12 certificate Code B drivers license ESSENTIAL. Own vehicle ESSENTIAL Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English. A 3rd language a definite advantage Excellent relationship building skills coupled with solid communication skills Excellent organising and prioritising skills Ability to work long hours and under pressure Time management skills

KPI's:

Ensuring that production and diesel targets are met Monitor Fleet Management system Constant communication with drivers and team Submit documents and reports as per deadline Communicate vehicle maintenance issues Ensure that vehicle services are planned and scheduled
