The Mission
We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who cares deeply about detail. Someone who gets bothered by dropped frames, sloppy UI padding, and sluggish screen transitions. You’ll be responsible for building high-frequency, ultra-responsive mobile experiences that handle millions of real-time market updates without breaking a sweat. No bloated corporate hierarchies. Just clean code, fast iterations, and hard engineering problems to solve.
What You’ll Do
- Craft 60 FPS Experiences. Build, polish, and optimize core app workflows using Flutter & Dart. If it lags, we fix it.
- Handle Firehoses of Data. Process real-time WebSockets, streaming market feeds, and live order books with low latency.
- Obsess Over Design. Work with product and design teams to create intuitive interfaces that make complex financial data look clean and elegant.
- Architect for Scale. Design modular, testable code bases using BLoC or Riverpod that stay maintainable as our engineering team grows.
- Push Native Limits. Write custom platform channels when Flutter’s out-of-the-box performance isn't enough.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’ve built and shipped real-world production Flutter apps (5+ years of hardcore Flutter experience).
- You understand state management deeply (BLoC, Riverpod) and know why you choose one over the other.
- You know how to manage memory, avoid unnecessary rebuilds, and optimize render trees.
- You have a high bar for UI perfection. You notice the 2px misalignment before anyone else does.
- You care about product outcomes, not just writing code.
