Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor Flutter and Node.js developers to ensure quality, consistency, and reusability.

Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Translate business requirements and UX designs into robust, scalable mobile and backend solutions.

Manage mobile app builds, CI/CD pipelines, releases, store submissions, and production support.

Troubleshoot production issues, handle crashes, monitor backend systems, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and platform security requirements.

Provide strong technical leadership, architectural direction, and continuous mentoring to junior team members.
