Lead Flutter Engineer at BairesDev
As a Lead Flutter Engineer, you will spearhead the development and architectural direction of our cross-platform mobile applications. You will serve as a key technical leader, guiding engineering teams and aligning technical execution with strategic business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and build high-performance, scalable cross-platform mobile applications.
- Provide strong technical leadership, establishing coding standards and best practices for mobile engineering.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical growth and a highly collaborative engineering culture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define features and plan technical roadmaps.
- Design and integrate robust state management solutions and API communication layers.
- Oversee automated testing strategies to ensure top-tier application quality and deployment reliability.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Mobile Development or a related technical role.
- Proven expertise in Flutter and Dart for building high-quality mobile applications.
- Strong track record of providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Advanced proficiency in mobile architecture, state management, and REST API integration.
- Solid understanding of automated testing practices to ensure application reliability.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
