Description
Oversee daily operations of restaurant, bar, room service, and events
Supervise, schedule, and support F&B staff
Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction; handle complaints
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities with the team
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders with vendors
Control food and beverage costs, waste, and labor expenses
Work with the chef on menu execution and availability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Review sales, revenue, and daily financial reports
Coordinate with other departments (front office, sales, housekeeping)
