Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with artificial intelligence, distributed systems, large language models, and high-performance computing.
- 5 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing/launching software products and 3 years of experience in software design/architecture.
- 5 years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure.
- Experience working with customer teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with select, strategic customers to design, co-develop, debug, and deploy AI agents and solutions.
- Act as a high-level problem solver, empowered to write bespoke code, develop custom tooling, and contribute directly to the core product codebase.
- Systematize learnings from customer engagements working with team members to create reusable tools, robust documentation, and accelerators.
- Serve as a critical feedback loop to core Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing field insights to influence strategy.
- Provide technical guidance on agent improvement, performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness.

Benefits and Compensation
US: $174,000 - $253,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Canada: $182,000 - $187,000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
