Remote Founding Data Platform Engineer (Analytics)

OnHires on behalf of its client seeks a Founding Data Engineer to define the data platform architecture, build core infrastructure, and establish engineering standards for growth. You will own the data stack, from pipelines to semantic layer, collaborating with product and growth teams to enable product analytics and BI.

You’ll work hands-on with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, Airflow or Prefect, dbt, and modern cloud tools to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions while shaping DataOps
