We’re looking for a hands‑on technical leader to architect and build a robust, scalable enterprise AI interviewing platform for one of our clients, that balances speed, compliance, and customizability while remaining AI-agent-native from the start. Responsibilities * Develop an enterprise AI interviewing platform that absorbs client-specific needs without sacrificing development speed or fragmenting the product. * Transform individual client requirements into reusable platform features—avoiding per-client hacks and parallel product branches. * Design a technical foundation that supports rapid, confident iteration with critical flow testing, effective observability, safe releases, and proactive error surfacing. * Integrate compliance, modular architecture, and scalable integrations as core components of the system, not add‑ons. * Use AI agents to enhance development, QA, debugging, triage, incident response, documentation, and refactoring. * Reduce the time from detecting production issues to deploying fixes through improved feedback loops, tooling, and operations. * Provide hands‑on technical leadership, driving architecture, infrastructure, and product decisions with a platform‑focused mindset. * Approach custom requests, complexity, and bugs with a focus on abstractions, foundational primitives, and operational reliability. Qualifications * 3+ years as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Head of Engineering, or in a similar technical ownership role at CTO level. * Proven experience building products for enterprise clients. * Experience in production systems, reliability, integrations, security, or compliance. * Advanced expertise with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and AI-native development workflows. * Exceptional agentic coding ability, including expertise with Claude Code, Codex, or similar. * Strong product intuition, considering flows, edge cases, error states, and acceptance criteria. * Demonstrated obsession with production quality.
