Position: Junior FP&A Analyst

Reporting to: Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Contract Type: Maternity Cover (Fixed Term)

Starting Annual Base Salary (Gross): From 28.000€ (final compensation will be determined based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria and may vary depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and the outcome of the selection process)
Role Purpose
Support financial planning and analysis activities, contribute to business performance monitoring, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and reporting.
Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning activities.
Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams during monthly closing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis for local and global stakeholders.
Contribute to inventory and margin analysis, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Analyze financial data and business performance trends to support decision‑making processes.
Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools and dashboards.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes and financial visibility across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate proficiency in English and fluency in Italian.
