Our client, one of Canada's Top 5 Banks, seeks an experienced developer for a 6-month contract. You will work exclusively on front-end technologies, collaborating with back-end developers to deliver scalable solutions. This role involves engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Daily Standups and effort sizing
• Analyze requirements and build necessary features
• Develop unit and integration tests for new applications
• Facilitate testing procedures with QA teams
• Enhance existing applications to improve user experience
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Front-end Web Development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• 5+ years with Angular (versions 11+ and hands-on with 18+)
• 4+ years of experience with REST APIs and WebSockets
• 2+ years with TDD/BDD practices
• Strong UI design expertise for scalable solutions
