We are looking for a Front-End Developer to design and build responsive, high-performance user interfaces for applications supporting Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management. The role requires translating business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration with backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and business teams to deliver feature-rich, client-focused solutions.
- Implement interactive components and dashboards to support operational and client workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues.
- Maintain high code quality standards through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to system documentation and user experience improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on complex front-end challenges (senior-level).
Experience & Qualifications
Mid-Level (4–7 years of relevant experience):
- Experience working on applications in Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, or Liquidity Management.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems.
- Ability to deliver features independently and contribute to UX and process improvements.
Senior-Level (7+ years of relevant experience):
- Deep expertise in front-end architecture and framework best practices.
- Broad knowledge across financial services domains (Payments, Trade, Investor Services, etc.).
- Experience leading front-end design, optimizing performance, and mentoring teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable user interfaces.
- Acts as an escalation point for complex front-end issues and drives UX improvements.
