Front-End Full Stack Developer (Java/React/Azure)
Work is HYBRID in Atlanta, GA. Onsite 3 days per week.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
9+ years of software engineering experience, including enterprise application design and development.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including designing and implementing microservices architectures.
7+ years of experience with React and modern front-end architectures, including component-based design and state management frameworks.
Strong experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
Proven experience architecting and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
Hands-on expertise with Azure services including Storage, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, and containerized platforms.
Experience integrating AI/ML platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, Document Intelligence, Computer Vision, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and high-availability design.
Experience designing secure applications, authentication and authorization frameworks, identity management, and data protection strategies.
Expertise in modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, and DevSecOps.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions across multiple teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and executive leadership.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative and efficient solutions.
Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Agile development methodologies.
Ability to balance strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical execution.
Preferred:
Experience building solutions involving audio, video, image processing, and media streaming platforms.
Experience with WebSockets, event streaming, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or real-time communication frameworks.
Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools.
Experience designing AI-powered enterprise solutions and Generative AI applications.
Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and cloud-native platform engineering.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, messaging platforms, and API management solutions.
Experience working in highly regulated, public safety, healthcare, financial, or government environments.
Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer.
