- This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Developers, Business Experts, Business Analysts, Data, UX, and Technical Leads) as well as external Cloud Delivery teams.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Componentize UI elements ensuring consistency with the design system.
- Integrate REST APIs and work with BFF (Backend for Frontend) services.
- Ensure accessibility standards are followed across all developments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with unit and E2E tests.
- Perform code reviews, support CI/CD processes, and follow secure coding practices.
- Partner with UX/Product teams to iterate on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices.
- 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, Git, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Proven track record with Design Systems and UI componentization.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (unit and E2E).
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.
- Good spoken Spanish.
- Nice to have: Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and frontend testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in customer-centric industries such as travel, ecommerce, or fintech.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to build relationships.
- Good spoken English.
