We are seeking a Sr Developer/Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers working on backend systems supporting trading and technology platforms. This is a role that combines technical contribution with people leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 1–3 engineers
Contribute to system design, development, code reviews, and troubleshooting
Maintain and enhance production backend systems
Drive technical delivery and support BAU operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability and continuous improvement
Support the growth and development of junior team members
Requirements
5–8 years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with Rust and/or C++
Prior experience managing people or mentoring junior engineers
Experience from trading, technology, gaming, crypto exchange, or related industries
Comfortable balancing technical responsibilities with people management
Low‑latency systems experience is a plus.
