At Randstad Digital , we connect outstanding tech talent with pioneering global projects. We are currently recruiting a Frontend Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience on behalf of a prominent international financial institution.
Please note: Prior professional experience working on financial projects is a mandatory requirement for this role.
While this position focuses heavily on building high-performance, user-facing layers, our client's architecture relies on robust .NET APIs and Oracle databases to handle complex financial core tasks (such as trade data imports, securities management, and tax calculations). We need a frontend expert who possesses the technical literacy to seamlessly navigate and collaborate with the .NET backend environment.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Architecture & UI Design: Lead frontend software analysis and UI/UX implementation, ensuring designs comply with corporate guidelines and financial industry standards.
- Modern Web Development: Apply cutting-edge development best practices, with a heavy emphasis on component-driven design, modularity, and code reusability using Angular.
- Backend Synergy: Collaborate closely with the .NET backend team to define API contracts and troubleshoot data flows from the Oracle database through to the UI.
- Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive unit and end-to-end testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Cypress) to ensure stable, maintainable, and bug-free code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM environment alongside backend engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver end-to-end features.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically within enterprise-level and financial environments .
- Angular Stack: Expert proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS/SASS, alongside a strong understanding of reactive programming (RxJS ) and state management (NgRx ).
- API Integration: Proven experience consuming RESTful APIs and implementing real-time data streaming (e.g., SignalR, WebSockets).
- .NET Literacy: Working knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem. You do not need to be the primary backend developer, but you must be able to read .NET code and understand API logic.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for navigating this global corporate environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly frontend solutions.
