What We’re Looking Fo
REACT Front-end developer who not only writes code but thinks in terms of user experience, scalability, and maintainabilit y, and actively contributes to improving the overall frontend ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in React.js & Next.js
- Solid experience with API integration (RESTful services, asynchronous data handling)
- Expertise in Redux (or similar state management libraries)
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Experience in building complex, reusable UI components
- Hands-on experience with custom hooks & component abstraction
- Experience implementing dynamic/config-driven UIs (JSON-based rendering)
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
Soft Skills & Behavioral Expectations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Proactive participation in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to task breakdown and estimation
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable code
- Willingness to suggest improvements, design strategies, and best practices
- Collaborative team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js SSR/SSG/ISR
- Knowledge of UI frameworks (Fluent UI, Material UI, Tailwind etc.)
- Understanding of performance tuning and web vitals
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
