Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Main MissionsThe main responsibilities of the Full-Stack Application Developer will be to:Develop and maintain PnP feature management applications:
Develop full-stack web applications for feature management, data consolidation and deployment tracking.
Create user-friendly frontends for engineering and business users.
Build backend services, APIs and data integration logic with structured data.
Ensure scalability, maintainability and suitability for internal deployment.Design and manage application data models:
Design and maintain SQL database structures for feature, product, platform and deployment data.
Define tables, relationships, queries and data flows for application use cases.
Ensure data quality, consistency and reuse across PnP activities.
Support data visualization, export and reporting needs.Support software delivery and deployment:
Work with Git/Bitbucket workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews).
Support CI/CD pipelines for build, testing and deployment automation.
Contribute to deployments on internal, cloud or server environments.
Document technical decisions, setup and operational constraints.Use AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery:
Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing and documentation.
Review AI-generated code to ensure quality and security.
Contribute to user-facing AI features when relevant.
Promote pragmatic AI usage in development workflows.Interact with users and stakeholders:
Gather and clarify needs with business, engineering and management teams.
Translate evolving requirements into practical solutions.
Explain technical concepts clearly to non-expert users.
Collaborate effectively in an international English-speaking environment.Ensure production of key deliverables:
Deliver working web applications for feature management and deployment support.
Produce SQL models, API documentation and architecture notes.
Provide CI/CD and deployment documentation.
Deliver user guides, release notes and handover materials.
Develop reusable application patterns for future engineering tools.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.Experience3–5 years of full-stack web application development.
Experience with SQL-based applications and Git workflows.
Experience building internal tools is a plus.
Experience in automotive, engineering platforms or product tools is a plus.LanguageStrong written and spoken English.
Additional languages (French, Chinese, Japanese) are a plus.Skills & CompetenciesHard Skills & EnablersStrong TypeScript skills (frontend & backend).
Knowledge of modern web frameworks and patterns.
SQL expertise (preferably PostgreSQL).
Ability to design database schemas and data flows.
Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket workflows.
Basic CI/CD knowledge (build, test, deploy).
Code debugging, refactoring and structuring skills.
Ability to use AI coding tools responsibly.
Basic knowledge of security, authentication and access control is a plus.
