Full-Stack Backend / Platform Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Backend / Platform Engineer to design and develop the core application and platform capabilities supporting the CWS and GenAI-enabled analytics ecosystem.
The candidate will focus primarily on backend services, APIs, platform integration, application services, and enterprise system integration, while having sufficient frontend skills to support the full-stack platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build application services to support the CWS and self-service analytics platform.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
- Develop services for:
oUser management
oDataset discovery
oQuery execution
oSQL/code generation
oJob orchestration
oData validation
oDashboard integration
- Build secure REST APIs and microservices.
- Integrate with AWS data and analytics services.
- Develop backend workflows for moving validated ad hoc solutions into production processes.
- Develop frontend components as required to support platform workflows.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Collaborate with GenAI, Data, Architecture, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Required Skills
- 6 10+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience with one or more:
oJava / Spring Boot
o.NET / .NET Core
oPython / FastAPI
- Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with cloud-native applications, preferably AWS.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Experience integrating applications with GenAI/LLM APIs.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of application security.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS.
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Experience with GenAI application integration.
- Experience with data platforms and analytics applications
