About the Role
We are seeking talented and experienced Full Stack Developers to join our Software Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Unily Employee Engagement Mobile App while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, combined with the ability to develop applications aligned with industry best practices and organizational standards.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Customize and develop web and mobile applications and full-stack solutions, focusing on both frontend and backend components to ensure cohesive functionality and optimal performance.
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs. Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance using technologies such as .NET Core, Node.js, and databases including SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
- Frontend Implementation: Implement and enhance user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Utilize modern frameworks and technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, and React Native to build responsive and engaging applications.
- DevOps & Deployment: Support deployment and CI/CD processes. Manage build pipelines, automated testing, and environment provisioning using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Implement containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the AI development team, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. Align on technical requirements, provide input on solutions, and ensure effective project delivery.
- Technical Excellence: Maintain a strong understanding of full-stack development technologies and best practices. Apply this knowledge to contribute to the successful execution of development projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and stability of applications through rigorous testing and validation processes. Use testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium. Address issues and implement improvements as needed.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document development processes, codebases, and technical solutions. Support knowledge sharing and future development by maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with proven expertise in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in front-end languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks (Angular, React)
- Solid knowledge of back-end languages (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, Python, Ruby) and frameworks (Express, Django, Ruby on Rails)
- Familiarity with mobile development concepts and tools (React Native)
- Hands-on experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience following Scrum methodology (certification is desirable)
Mandatory Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Unily or similar digital workplace platforms
- Scrum certification
