The role involves working across the full application stack—developing frontend experiences, backend APIs, and integration layers—to deliver real-time, personalized customer journeys and unified experiences across channels. You will collaborate with Martech, data, and CX teams to ensure that personalization and data-driven experiences are consistently delivered across all touchpoints.
Top Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and integrate Adobe Target with front-end applications and AEM components, enabling personalization, A/B testing, and dynamic content delivery.
Build and maintain frontend (React/JS/HTML/CSS) and backend (APIs, services) to support scalable, real-time experience delivery across web and mobile platforms.
Design and implement API-based integrations with enterprise systems such as contact center platforms, loyalty systems, CRM, and marketing tools.
Ensure end-to-end application performance, debugging, and optimization across personalization workflows and integration pipelines.
5–7 years of experience in full stack development, with strong skills in JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), backend technologies (Node.js/Java), and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Adobe Target, Launch/Tags) and digital experience platforms.
Strong client-facing and collaboration skills—ability to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and work with business, marketing, and CX teams
Excellent communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure smooth delivery across systems.
