POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills 4+ years of programming experience in JavaScript, Shell, Perl, Java, or similar languages Strong understanding of software development methodologies, patterns, and best practices Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning Experience working in Agile environments The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused approach Role & Responsibilities ServiceNow Development & Enhancement Design, develop, and maintain enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. Support the migration and transformation of enterprise IT cost management solutions. Develop and implement requirements defined through business and IT user stories. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. ð¹ Support & Operations Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support for ServiceNow applications. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and system issues. Support platform stability, performance, and service quality. ð¹ Automation & Innovation Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency. Develop scalable solutions using scripting and programming best practices. Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and user experience. ð¹ Documentation & Governance Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, operational manuals, and testing artefacts. Develop and maintain knowledge articles. Support IT governance, compliance, security, and audit requirements. ð¹ Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. Build strong relationships with IT users, service consumers, vendors, and suppliers. Participate actively within Agile teams and delivery frameworks
