Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of innovative, cloud-native contact center applications that leverage the latest AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and integrate seamlessly with current systems. Your role will involve translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and leading the project lifecycle from conception to deployment, highlighting your expertise in Python, React/Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack, cloud-native software applications and tools in the contact center domain, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Engage in all phases of software development, including gathering functional requirements, designing technical specifications, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Lead complex projects as a technical authority, maintaining best engineering practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with other team members utilizing git for version control, including branch management and pull requests.
- Draft comprehensive software documentation that supports the development and usage of the applications and systems deployed.
Must-Have Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Python and front-end technologies like JavaScript/React.
- Proficient in AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation) and infrastructure as code deployment.
- Strong experience in developing and integrating with APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
- Proficiency in developing infrastructure-as-code deployment solutions such as AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK .
- Experience collaborating with other developers using git repositories, including creating and managing feature branches, pull requests, code merge, and GitHib actions or equivalent.
