You barely write code by hand anymore. You work almost entirely with AI agents and steer on architecture, quality and direction. For a seed-funded SaaS scale-up in Amsterdam with a Series A in sight.
Salary: 95.000 to 115.000 euro per year, plus ESOP with a one year cliff. The cash and equity split is negotiable. Fulltime, hybrid, based in Amsterdam.
What you do
- Own features end to end, from idea to production, together with one of the squads
- Build almost entirely with AI agents while safeguarding architecture, maintainability and technical quality
- Make the calls and stay involved long enough to see how they play out
- Work directly with the CTO and the leads across product, engineering and data
- Raise the level of the team across two squads, each with a PM and two interns
What you bring
- At least 8 years of experience, built across two or three companies where you stayed long enough to see your own decisions play out
- A strong general technical foundation: architecture, system design, maintainability
- You are comfortable building almost entirely with AI agents, or you step into that way of working without hesitation
- Ownership and proactive communication, which weigh more here than any specific stack
- You are used to being the person others check their technical decisions with

Nice to have
Python, and experience in an early stage product environment.
Practical
- Fulltime, 40 hours. No 32 or 36 hours, and no work alongside this role
- At least 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office
- You already live in the Netherlands and hold a full work permit. No sponsorship or relocation
