Lead Full Stack Developer (Angular, Node.js, Python)

Responsibilities
- Oversee stabilization and testing efforts to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Guide and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver on complex solutions
- Manage and address technical challenges, ensuring high performance and system scalability
- Conduct and enforce rigorous code reviews to uphold quality standards and coding best practices across the team
- Architect efficient front-end and back-end solutions, focusing on code reusability, maintainability, and performance
- Strategize and contribute to project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing development, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Requirements :
- Extensive experience in Angular, Node.js, and Python with a minimum of 5 years in a full-stack development capacity
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proven expertise in architecting RESTful APIs and driving integration between diverse front-end and back-end ecosystems
- Proficiency in advanced debugging techniques, testing frameworks, and version control tools such as Git
- Deep understanding of modern web development trends, complementary tools, and best practices for Angular and Node.js
- Experience leading the development of partially completed projects, ensuring cohesive integration and delivery
- Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, agile processes, and project stewardship
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt effectively to evolving requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Proven experience designing automated workflows for document-centric processes
- Familiarity with tools and systems related to managing well activities (e.g., drilling, workovers)
- Extensive knowledge of DevOps practices, including deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in or delivering solutions for performance-driven industries
