We are seeking a Lead Developer with strong full stack development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in modern web development, microservices, API design, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. This role requires strong technical depth, the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and a passion for driving high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.
Design, develop, and support full stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices aligned with business and technical requirements.
Work with Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Apigee, AWS, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and CI/CD pipelines.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to help drive technical direction and decision-making.
Recommend best technical approaches based on experience, project needs, and industry best practices.
Drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
Coach and mentor junior developers while supporting continuous improvement across the team.Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong full stack development experience.
Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript development.
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices development.
Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs.
Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud technologies, including Apigee, AWS, Rancher or Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.Work Model and LocationThis is an onsite position. The exact job location is Mississauga, ON, and relocation is allowed. Client interviews may be required before candidate finalization.
Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $64K – $90K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of the company’s applicable plans.
