Full Stack Developer / Application Programmer| Multiple Roles Hiring
Design, develop, implement, maintain and support web application systems including user training, system testing and documentation for the business operations. Perform vendor management by ensuring external deliverables meet internal quality standards, API integration requirements, and project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web application systems using modern frameworks and architectures.
Digital Workflow Automation: Streamline administrative and operational tasks through end-to-end digitalization of documentation, inspection records, and reporting.
AI Integration: Implement AI-enabled automated parsing, risk-based clustering, and intelligent recommendation generation to enhance decision-making processes.
System Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full development cycle including user training, system testing, and comprehensive technical documentation.
API & Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards, API integration requirements, and project timelines.
Requirements:Academic Qualifications:
A recognised bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience with Spring Boot for microservices and RESTful API development; practical exposure to Generative AI (LLMs or AI-driven analytics) for automated parsing, classification, or insight generation.
Government experience is highly desirable
