Key Responsibilities:
• Address performance and scalability challenges effectively
• Refactor reports for optimized code size and runtime
• Manage technical debt while innovating new features
• Develop using C#, SQL, and occasionally JavaScript
• Participate in Kanban/DevOps processes and scrum meetings
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a C# developer
• Proficient in SQL, with knowledge of Ruby a plus
• Comfortable with JavaScript/React is advantageous
