Full-Stack Developer: No-Code/Low-Code

The Role

We’re looking for a senior individual contributor who can move fast across our no-code/low-code stack. You'll work directly with the founder and our Product Manager on everything from Webflow front-end and third-party integrations to API logic and database architecture.

You'll own the stack, spot problems before we do, and make judgment calls on implementation.

Compensation: Ranges from $4-$6K USD /mo, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Work On

Backend

• Build and maintain Xano API endpoints, custom functions, and business logic
• Design and manage Xano DB schema: tables, relationships, permissions
• Build automations and multi-step workflows in Make
• Configure and manage Algolia indexes, records, and search relevance

Frontend

• Develop and maintain Webflow site: CMS collections, dynamic pages, interactions
• Write custom JavaScript and CSS for functionality beyond Webflow's native capabilities
• Integrate third-party widgets, embeds, and APIs into Webflow

Integrations

• Maintain and extend our integration layer: Memberstack, Stripe Connect, TalkJS, Zapier, Mailchimp
• Build and debug Zapier/Make automation flows across the full pipeline
• Troubleshoot cross-platform data sync issues across the stack

Must-Have Experience

• Xano: backend logic, API design, DB management
• Webflow: CMS, dynamic content, production-level builds
• Make / Zapier: multi-step automations, error handling, webhooks
• Comfort working across a multi-tool stack without hand-holding

Nice to Have

• Memberstack (auth, gating, member management)
• Algolia index setup, filtering, search configuration
• Stripe Connect / payment flow logic
• TalkJS (messaging integration)
• Airtable base design and automation

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years working in no-code/low-code stacks in a production environment
• Portfolio of Xano + Webflow projects 
• Strong verbal and written communication 
• Ability to take a brief and execute without micromanagement
