- Experience with developer productivity and AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT governance, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or platform rollouts.
- Technical background in software engineering, platform engineering, or solution delivery.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in software delivery, platform management, or technology program delivery roles.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional Agile teams in complex environments.
- Experience delivering cloud, DevOps, AI, or enterprise platform solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale global technology initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
