- Build AI harnesses, skills, and agents to improve team productivity and software delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, user story refinement, and solution design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and deliver requirements
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, testing, security, and documentation requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and technical impediments

- IT Degree or Diploma
- 15+ years of Java (Spring) development experience
- Extensive DevOps experience
- Demonstrable enterprise AI experience beyond prompt engineering, including the implementation of AI-powered solutions, skills, agents, and automation capabilities
